EFI ZEMACH is a legal scholar, focusing on contract law, contract theory, and contract history. He earned his LL.B. and Ph.D. in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is an Assistant Professor of Law, Netanya Academic College, Israel.

Efi is the author of The Law of Contracts (Fourth ed.) with Gabriela Shalev (Hebrew) — a known contract law treatise in Israel. His work also includes series of academic articles on contract law, remedies for breach of contract and contract theory. His writings can be found here. 

Efi teaches courses on contract law, advanced topics in contract law, contract theory and remedies for breach of contract.
